The Brief

Detached single storey bungalow - dated inside with a small loft room upstairs.

Our client was looking to take the roof off and increase the height of the building, to allow for more upstairs rooms.  In addition, the existing ground floor layout didn't work for modern living, with small bedrooms, a separate dining room and small living room. Therefore, working with our architects,  we proposed a  full ground floor layout change and refurbishment and extensive first floor development.
